  : The cabin was sooooo cold! 62*F... we wore our jackets and sweaters inside the cabin and were glad we ‘brought’ extra blankets!! Brrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

  : The house had a Smokey cigarette smell to it and there were certain places that had not been cleaned/dusted in a long time!

  : The beds, pillows, and couch was very uncomfortable. It was very dusty! There was dust on almost everything. Kitchen was well stocked, but very outdated and cooked unevenly. Dryer did not work. I reported it to the Jackson Homes, but did not ever hear a response.

  : We planned a surprise getaway for my moms 60th Birthday. To explain the age gaps. My mom is 60, Myself 39, My 2 sisters 25, 22 and my Teenage Daughter 16. With that being said everyone enjoyed the space and our weekend. The location is amazing! You feel like you are secluded however just minutes away from all the fun! Navigating in and out was very simple and the house is just big enough for everyone to spread out. My teenage daughter slept on the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable. If you are planning on using the pullout make sure to bring extra blankets we were fortunate enough to have done so. There was only a thin blanket that was provided with the sheets for her to utilize. However that was the only issue we encountered! All in all we enjoyed ourselves and my mom loved the girls trip to The Great Smokey Mountains!
  : The driveway is extremely steep. If I didn't have an SUV it would of been a struggle. The information does state steep driveway, but I wasn't expecting how steep it really was.

  : the staff was rude and we left early and booked a condo because the first night they put us in another cabin because ours wasn’t ready and then 6 minutes before 10 told us we had to be out and then when he got to our cabin water leaked all over the floor in both bathrooms and through the kitchen ceiling through the lights that stopped working. then staff laughed and hung up on us when we called about it and the whole staff was awful except for meegan. would not recommend staying with them
