  : The beds were comfy. The condo was clean. The location was good it was very close to downtown. The grassy area out back was a delight for the kids to play. The porches were nice. Being next to the woods and nature was relaxing. I could even hear the river and birds. Great to sit out and drink your morning coffee. The condo was roomy. It was somewhat quiet and you couldn’t hear other tenants. The staff was nice and helpful. I love being on the ground floor and at the end of the building. Checking out was the easiest. We liked that there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The fireplace was beautiful and would be great in the winter with a fire.
  : The pool and spa was closed and it is very disappointing. My children were very upset. You advertised a pool and when we got there it was closed and filthy. The location was good the hill was a work out though and kind of dangerous to walk down with kids/strollers. There was an uncovered pipe/hole in the grass at the back of the property right next to the sidewalk/porches. Very dangerous! We had to keep an eye out and make sure our kids didn’t fall in and break a leg. Light bulbs burned out in fridge. The internet did not work at first. It would not accept the password that was given to us and posted on the fridge. So we had to call the staff and get another one. The internet was spotty at best. Kept dropping or being really slow. One of the biggest upsets was we started the booking process and then we’re hit with huge hidden fees. It doubled our price. We were shocked! Had we known about the hidden fees before hand we would not have stayed. There was no place to put our address at check out so the staff had to call and straighten it out. I’ve rented a lot of condos in my life but never had hidden fees like these and this much trouble with info not being done at check out. And when they say the entry key will not work til 4 they mean it. We got there ten min early and literally had to wait to get in.

  : Condo was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed back patio. Also had a washer and dryer which came in handy since we were there almost 10 days.
  : Nice kitchen and appliances but had to wash dishes frequently because there were not enough dishes, glassware or utensils.

  : It was almost like being home. I liked that it was on the first floor, and there was plenty of parking. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was really nice. Location was very good, we could walk to a lot of shopping and food.
  : We had to reset breakers to the bathrooms several times. The rug in the living room had the corners turned up and we had to be careful not to trip. We also could not get into the WIFI, but we were on vacation and really didn't need it.

  : Location was great. Good space for 4. Charming Decor. Staff was kind and attentive when we had a problem checking in. Had great views of the trees and upper lights in town.
  : I’ll just say…THE HILL! it is steep and the only way to walk up to the condo and is shared by cars in the dark. Scary and my calf’s hurt. The pillows and bedding were lacking. The master blanket was undersized and the bed spread felt like plastic. 3 pillows on a king size bed is one short.

  : location excellent, clean parking a few feet away free parking, Comfortable, quick walk to main strip. Quiet nice area of town. Plenty places to eat within walking distance. Love the area.
  : Arrived at 640pm. was given pin number that was not correct for lock. Called was told leave message. no one called back. Called booking number was transferred to another person. Was told she called left message and there was nothing she could do but wait another 15 minuets and call emergency number when they open at 8pm. Just before I hung up was told to hold on, she got a call back. I was given a door code it did not work was told to try again and hit star key It worked. Finally, after waiting in the cold for 1 1/2 hours was able to get in. At 805pm I received a message giving me the lock code that I should have received before we arrived. The code was no good because it was changed when we could not get in earlier. The place was great but needs cooking utensils. Several lights burned out. I replace 2 but ran out of bulbs. Ice maker dispenser does not work. Towel holder in master bath missing but bolt still in wall. Friday at 8am woke up with a knock at the door. Man at door said he came to paint and do some repairs. I told him we have the condo until Saturday. He said he was told it was vacant. He said good thing we had a pair of rain boots by the door if not he would have not knocked and just came in. Very embarrassing. Seems like no one knows what going on. I would think the door code should be sent before check in time and they would not send a painter to paint when it was rented out. We stayed there before, and it was a lot nicer than it was this time.

  : Location is what I was looking for.
  : The property is on a very steep hill and does not have easy walk down to street. I'm 71 and was not able to walk the steep driveway up and down so I would have to drive down, pay to park in garage so I could drive back up. When the drive was wet, it became quite slippery.

  : The location was great, we saw a bear out the back doors and it was close to the strip. The rooms were spacious and the condo was clean.
  : The code to get in the door was not correct, we had to call the 800 number to have a new code sent to us. The breaker in the master bathroom was tripped on arrival and tripped every day, so you showered in the dark or fixed the breaker! We had to call the 800 number again and they told us where the panel box was to fix it. The ice maker did not dispense in the door, we called the 800 number again but they did not fix it. The kids had to stick their hands in the ice maker to collect their ice.....gross! There were no extra sheets on the pull-out bed so my children had to sleep directly on the mattress. The comforters on the beds are like a hotel, very thin. We called the 800 to request a fitted sheet, but they did not provide sheets until the next day. There are three remotes for each T.V. with no instructions. We had to figure out who the cable provider was and google their number to receive instructions on how to use the T.V. They had to reset each box and each remote for us to have access.....that took forever! The mattress are hard, so if you need a soft bed, this is not the condo for you. The location is up a big hill, it is close to the strip but difficult to walk up and down. If you have problems with your knees or have small children to push in a stroller.....it will be a bad location.
