  : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Great expectations cabin. The 2 hot tubs and game room were a big hit. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen. Sitting on the decks and watching the wildlife was very nice. The bears were very entertaining.
  : The driveway is very steep and has a sharp turn. We had to go up the first part then back up the second steep hill to get to the parking area. It got easier after a few times but still a little nerve wrecking.

  : The chalet village Store was awesome and so is the view. Thares a nice creek that runs along the road and sounds amazing. We got to see a baby black bear and a lot of birds and great sunsets and sunrises
  : We felt like we got catfished into going to this cabin and the foosball table was broken the air hockey table didn't work the Jacuzzis didn't keep up temperature and the lights didn't work the driveway was horrendous and it dates back in the logging book since 2017 so the driveway is literally been like that for over 5 years. It's pretty bad when the whole Community around you knows about the driveway and the property literally just doesn't care about it they're trying to sell it off because it needs about $70,000 worth of repairs and work and they're still renting it out to people and it's not okay we were also told there was a heated pool that we would have access to and there is no pool there's a community pool which wasn't open when we stayed which was a major bummer for my kids that we're looking forward to swimming in a pool and to top it all off it's got roaches I will not be recommending Great Expectations to anyone the people of Tennessee were great but the cabin that we got what's a 1 out of 5 stars for multiple reasons booking.com you should do better and research the cabins that you put up on your site

  : the cabin was very comfy, and a good amount of space. the games and jacuzzi was a great bonus!
  : even after seeing multiple reviews about the ‘bad’ driveway, I booked anyway. and there correct the driveway is horrible. it’s a very steep incline and hard to drive straight up too. it snowed our first night, and if it would have freezed over we would have not been able to leave. i definitely think the owner should try to improve this.

  : We loved the game tables and the hot tub. The fireplace made it super cozy.
  : The driveway is very steep and not well kept. It was difficult to get up and down.

  : lots of room and very clean close to gatlinburg
  : well the beds and couches are not comfortable. but the WORST PART WAS THE DRIVEWAY. It is steep then u have to make a sharp turn at the top and go up again last night it was wet and my car would not go up the last part and started sliding back toward the hill had to call police and get help

  : Good location not far from the city, cabin well decorated and comfortable, very spacious.
  : We arrived there on the schedule time for the check in and the cabin was completely dirty. Previous family that stayed there used the amenities and etc and they never cleaned before my family and I arrived. Also, jacuzzi’s water was smelling bad as it looks like there was no maintenance done in a while, some of games like foosball table and hockey table were damaged and didn’t work properly.
