  : Lovely large home witb nice views. We enjoyed the billiards. Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
  : We had planned on using the grill until we found out it was a charcoal grill with no supplies. We tried to enjoy the hot tub on the first night but discovered it smelled like swamp and the water a bit cloudy - they fixed it the following day. The upstairs bath jacquzzi tub had black gunk coming from the jets and was therefore unusable. Cooked in the kitchen to discover unusable filthy black crusted frying pans and dirty pots. No containers with lids for any leftovers. No foil or plastic wrap. No baggies. Wr paid a high price for our 4 night stay and found those issues to be unacceptable. I tried to call the office several times about it and nobody answered the phone. I ended up leaving a voice message with our complaints and asking for a partial refund but received no response. I do not recommend.
