: Quiet, lovely view. Only 5-7 minutes into Gatlinburg.
: Games and books were a mess when we checked in. We didnt have a need to use them, but all the board games were unusable. Also the gravity lounge chairs in the photo werent there, just metal patio furniture

: House was absolutely dusty and dirty upon arrival. They have a check-in time at 4 pm, so hopefully they could clean the house when we arrived at 5. Dust was everywhere , trashed porch, dusty furniture. Ive send evidence pictures right away to a customer service , and they just proposed to send some housekeeping and start cleaning now. What is it a joke???? Friday evening when I have my kids special occasion in this house with my family would be a housekeeping cleaning? After we checked out Ive asked this company again about my issues and they told me that there will be no refund of my cleaning fee, because they tried to send someone to clean the house when I was there . Magic !!!! Stay away from these guys. I will go ahead to form a case about this as this shows a full refuse of compliance policies .

: Loved the location! Very peaceful and quiet. Nicely updated. Spacious. Cozy. Nice view
: The hot tub cover was falling apart and pieces were floating all through out and sticking to you. The bed in the master wasnt the best. Cleanlines was ok. There was trash left on the deck from the people prior still and some food on the floors.
