: The house was not ready when I arrived at 2. My arrival time was between 1-2pm. The man was still cleaning. The kitchen was greasy the table and the stove. The video games downstairs did not work properly The theater room was a waste. We couldn’t watch a movie without it constantly freezing up. One of the kids accidentally locked a bedroom door and when I called maintenance I was told they did not know if and when they would come that day. We had to use a bobby-pin and do it ourselves.

: We loved the spaciousness of the cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us. The game room was awesome. The dinner table was perfect for everyone to eat together. The temperature controls were available on each level, which made it nice for keeping everyone comfortable. The fireplaces were a nice touch in the evening.
: There were only two pool sticks that were useable; only one air hockey puck that was banged up; the dvd remote did not work; wifi was nonexistent; the main floor fireplace did not work; the dishwasher needed a new part so we couldn't use it; no pot holders; no 9 x 11 pan for baking/cooking; would have liked a couple more chairs on lowest balcony to socialize with people in the hot tub.
