: The property was in a good location and it was spacious.
: The shower in the bathroom on the third floor did not work, the air hockey table barely blew any air out, and the hot tub had a strong sulfur smell. If the hot tub would have been chlorinated properly then that would not be the case even with sulfur coming from the well. I called management to inform them of the issue with the shower and air hockey table and was told that someone from maintenance would call and set up a time to come out. I never heard from them. My husband spent his Saturday at the cabin waiting on someone to show up, nobody ever did. I called to check out and explain that nobody had called or shown up and was told that maintenance had came at 2:56pm and that he tried to call. Neither one of those things happened. My husband was at the cabin waiting and I received calls all day from everyone else so it wasnt a reception issue. The lady told me that the sulfur smell is normal and she said I even have it at my house. She said there was nothing that can be done about it. The chlorine should drown out that smell, but the water must not have been treated properly.I am highly disappointed. I will not book with bear camp cabins again. It was all around a horrible experience.

: Property has beautiful views, close to town, plus had upgrades that most dont.
: The stairs to the fire pit are rotting, and the parking was difficult, master bed was broken.
